I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kettering University

Interview

Poor at best. They lack current ID knowledge and have very little to no experience using various software application. They are attempting to create global online courses using MS Word. The job description states 28 hours per week which is false. It is 20 hours per week for six months funding only. They are afraid of embracing new knowledge and approaches. Not worth it.

It began with a twenty minute phone call which lead to four, one hour Google Meet interviews with several directors of various departments that this position works closely with. Although it was intense, the people I met were very receptive and enthusiastic.
