Unlike other interviews. They focus on aptitude and alignment more than technical skill. They spend a lot of time to ensure the position is the right fit for the employee which I appreciated. Seem like great people and company to work with.

The management was nice and welcoming. The interview seemed fair. The questions were relevant. The interview started on time. The process took several weeks. I had to interview with many people.
