Kennametal interview questions

Entered through Kelly Services. When a position became available, I interviewed. 3 separate interviews with 6 supervisors. Same day. All asked about the same questions. One interviewer got personal, thought that was odd as only my work ethic and abilities should matter.

Started off with a phone Screen with HR, then In Person interview with Manufacturing Manager and Engineering Manager. Started with general questions, followed by a tour of the plant, then one final closing question session
