Kenmare Community Hospital interview questions

I sat in the DON's office and we had already known each other so it was a very easy interview for me. We talked about why I wanted the job and how important it would have to be to me. She asked me why I wanted to be a CNA or at that time a nursing assistant. I said because I once took care of my great grandmother who had Alzheimer's and it just brought a passion out for taking care of others. She asked me questions about myself and what certain words meant to me. At the end of the interview I was told that I had the job if I wanted it. With no hesitation I said yes!
