My experience with Kendago was, to say the least, disappointing. Don't understand how they have 4.3 stars in Glassdoor rating. The hiring process lasted over five months and included numerous stages: interviews, stressful tests, assignments, and finally, communication with HR and the team, which, for some reason, was left until the very end. At each stage, waiting for feedback took weeks, if not longer.
At one point, I was informed that the position was no longer open to candidates from Israel. However, since I was planning to relocate to another country, I was invited to continue the process. Despite going through exhausting additional interviews, I was ultimately rejected again.
Unfortunately, the process seemed extremely lengthy and poorly organized. The company did not demonstrate respect for the candidates' time and efforts, leaving an impression of an unprofessional approach. If you value your time, I recommend thinking twice before engaging with this employer.
