Interview
They're giving design "challenges" for real work, like actual projects, and they've been re-posting the same two roles for months. I normally don't submit to challenges but felt it was a good chance to stay sharp with Figma while I look for a new role. Big mistake, and a big red flag among many during the interview process. I discovered their existing UX team is very young and inexperienced and that they're visual designers with UX titles.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Their questions involving my design project were mainly visual design-related (why x color, etc.). Normally I welcome such questions but we never got into UX. I tried to ask them about their research an testing processes and they seemed confused and basically told me they don't do any of that.

Makes you take personality and mind tests and then ācloses the roleā due to company changes. Relaunches the job 10+ times every few days. Definitely a scam or trying to get tax break but attempting to hire but theyāre NOT hiring.
