sat down to talk to one of the three owners, Jim. he was very nice, and you could obviously tell he knew what he was talking about. was able to keep up conversation about work life and personal. seemed like he was in touch with his company,

they asked me about my skill level. how many years have you been in this business. what i would like to be paid. when i said 24$ an hour he wouldnt have more than 18$ asked about my personal likfe and things that i liked to do on my free time.
