I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kedren (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Very Brief but very conversation based. I believe the questions were linked to dcfs & dmh collaboration. I do not have any more to say. This interview was very easy but I need to know how beniefts work. I dont think they explained it. I believe the beniefits were simple but not stable. No job security. no consistent therapy. My county experience really helped me get this job. I was an asset to the team. DMH contracted agency but I liked the fact that they allowed you to move departments. The director is the 2nd interview. The first interview is with supervisiors.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kedren (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had to take a test, then talked to the hiring manager who seemed cool at first but apparently the Board of Directors or CEO is not legit. They hired me, made me pay to go through their whole HR pre-screening employment process in which I passed everything, then denied me employment for no legal reason other than them being a sham, corrupt organization that doesn't care about the people they serve.

Question 1
They didn't really ask me that much mainly I talked and told about my qualifications. The hiring manager and case manager I spoke to were nice but I learned later on how corrupt this non-profit is. I was hired, passed all pre-employment clearance then denied the job with no explanation.
