I received a screening call from HR. The next week I met with the hiring manager on Zoom. 2 weeks later I traveled in-person to their HQ office in NJ where I met the hiring manger and a lead team member. The interview was 60 minutes but we spoke for about 100 minutes. I learned so much about the role specifically, my resume was dissected during each interview. A lot of the questions were based on my personal experience, the manager really wanted to grasp my understanding of the industry. Overall a smooth process, good communication. I didn't get the role but I enjoyed the interview process. This was considered a junior level position but in this industry its understandable that a candidate needs to be flexible in terms of skills. Most questions had to do with the job description + anything you can relate from your background, as well as your education not so much on the extra curriculars.
