Le processus de l'embauche se passe en trois round, dont chaqu'un comprend 2 interview. Le niveau monte de round en round. Je n'ai malheuresement eu la chance que d'aller jusqu'au deuxième round. La préparation est vraiment nécessaire.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
