Kean University interview questions

The interview process started with a quick 15-minute phone screen with HR to go over my resume and interest in the role. After that, I had a 30-minute video interview with the IT Manager where I was asked about my troubleshooting experience, familiarity with ticketing systems, and how I handle high-pressure situations. The final step was a brief practical test where I had to walk through how I’d respond to a common IT support issue. The process overall took about two weeks and everyone was friendly and professional.

the process include a teaching presentation. which is around 45 min, and a research presentation which is around 30 min with a following questions and answers. It is quite supportive.
