I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kayzen in Feb 2021
Interview
Horrible and Unprofessional. The HR recruiter was very polite and professional but the second round was taken by their testing team member. For candidate like me with minimal experience and worked in very less technologies, this person was asking questions from almost all aspects of testing field. Even after telling him that I do not have experience in those fields, he kept on asking from that area. It was like he wanted to rub it on my face that i didn't know about that technology. And instead of accepting the fact that I do not know the answer, he keep on laughing and insulting me in a very unprofessional manner. He even tried to advice me that i do not deserve to attend any interviews without knowing these technologies it seems. I dint wanted to brag to him that I already have 2 offers in hand, but it was very demotivating for a candidate if this guy takes the interview. And the company doesn't have a platform where a candidate could give a feedback about the horror experience they faced in the interview process which is making me post this review here.. It is understood that the company is a startup and in the growing stage, but these are the basic guidelines to be followed to be professional and to grow in tis industry.
