Intial phone interview for 30 mins with 2 heads. Normal question and bit about background.
Then onsite interview for 2 hours with team members. Unique here is sudden dummy situations, you have to thinnk and reply how to manage it.I personally like the way of interview. Teams seems to be keen and they really need help
