Computer based skill assessment followed by short presentation and then final interview. Skill assessment includes technical knowledge plus curriculum design then I was asked to make an draft for a project to establish an Analytical laboratory with instruments details and allocate budget. And finally I was called for an interview, which was with the interview panel consisting 5 people.
