2 virtual rounds with technical and behavioral questions. First round is with the lead, second is with the manager.
Make sure you know what active directory is and how to reset a password.

It was easy. I am an engineer and I was asked questions way over what a help desk support tech knows and I answered them all easily. Their faces changed when they realized how much I made in my previous job. Ghosted me after the interview with no response on if they wanted or rejected me.
