I had one phone screen and then a full day on site. Everyone was very friendly and generous with their time. I was surprised I didn't get an offer and they were willing to give some feedback. As expected the feedback was pretty vague and not much was actionable. It was a mix of good and bad. What stood out is they doubted my roadmapping skills. I don't recall getting any roadmapping questions so I am not surprised I failed there. All in all I found the process pleasant and fair. They made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. It's a good thing an interviewing company is good at interviews!
