Interview
Very relaxed, but long. Six 30 minute interviews back to back. Mostly just "trying to get to know you" type questions. Very pleasant people, but the length was difficult. Know something about the firm. Lots of people talked about the firm's unique business model and wanting to do something good for the world.
A straightforward interview process that is similar to that of other top law firms. On campus interviewing followed by a super day where I met with ~10 partners and associates including 30 minutes with Robbie herself. Strong emphasis on cultural fit as you would expect for a boutique firm with a particular set of values.
