Virtual. Recruiter acted like she loved me and my experience. Sung my praises. Promised she would reach out to me the next day, and she would push for me to move forward to next steps, but would let me know either way. Lie detector test determined that was a lie. I've heard nothing. Never even received a generic "sorry about your luck" email. So unprofessional.

Interview
Typically, a 2-3 step interview process with the leadership team. Everyone I met was very professional and highly dedicated to Kane Wound Care's mission. The team remained transparent with the role and expectations. I liked how the salary was discussed in the first interview. Overall, it was a pleasure to meet everyone and discuss the company!
Unimpressive
Non compete requirement was ridiculous. Would have hired me with or without an adequate wound care background. Just looking to hire warm bodies to add to their army. Not interested in providing the best care
