The employer is very cautious of who they hire. Many questions were asked, some based on your resume, some on your personality, some on your drive in the industry, your future goal, etc.

Interview
1. The interview arrangement was prompt and fast. However, the interview context was bad and inconclusive despite couple of times being interviewed.
2. One of the interviewers was partially engaged with her phone during the interview which I thought was not professional despite coming from a Japanese background and working for a Japanese culture. Even the owner himself doesn't engage with his phone during the interview.
3. Parking at the building is very expensive. I was charged RM19 for 3 hours parking spent there, including experiencing their food court named Scoop.
