They try to be intimidating, as if that will impress you. They are more interested in whether you are impressed with them, than whether you are skilled to do the job. If you just let them talk, the interview process will be easy.

The Interview Process was very harsh, in my opinion. You sit in a room as a group of men judge you. It is almost like a rehearsed act. Can be intimidating. They go around the room and fire questions at you one by one, about life and then about the job. Not for anyone that has thin skin.
