Interview
First round interview (via phone) consisted of a behavioral and case component. Each part was 30 minutes. They asked standard behavioral questions (e.g. why Kaiser, why consulting, describe a situation where you had to overcome a challenge)
1 phone call with HR then mini case + behavioral over teams , ghosted me after so a bit unprofessional. Pretty standard case interview nothing too difficult. Behaviorals are straight forward too
1st round: 30 minute phone interview (mainly fit and resume). 2nd round: given a case online and had an hour to prepare a slide. 3rd round: hour long phone interview.
