Just three 30-minute interviews with Director of Commercial Asset Management, Managing Director - Asset Management, and HR staff. Mostly just talked about what I do at my current job. They also asked me what type of work I enjoy doing most and what my financial models look like. The interview with HR was the third-round. She asked my salary expectations and gave me number that was lower than my expectation and the amount they posted online. (She might have mistaken which position I applied for. I applied for the associate position, but she told me the salary for the analyst position). We ended the conversation early because they don't sponsor H1B. Overall, the hiring process didn't feel very formal or standard. Friendly people.
