2 stages of interview - first was getting to know you, second was more technical.
Overall questions were manageable, mainly about past experiences.
Must be able to commit to shift working hours.

two hour process, four interviewers, thirty minutes each. twenty question technical exam based off kinematics, failure analysis, and fluid mechanics, qualifications and experience, GD&T schematic test. No response whether I got the position or moved on.

Virtual campus screening interview for college internships and new college grad positions. Very personable. No gotcha questions. They seem to be looking for cultural fits. This was not for a specific job title however.
