Interview
Excellent experience. Was made to feel very comfortable and as though my personality and enthusiasm were more important than anything else. Ended up engaging in great banter about writers and literature with the boss, debating about a famous Canadian author and whether or not she / he was actually as important as we think. With very little experience (in fact, almost none) I was hired.
