Multiple interviews with people inside management and technical leadership. Focus on my past experience and how it aligned with the current job requirements. Would not worry too much about DSA/Algo for this.

Interview
It took me around 2 weeks in general from the first call with a recruiter to my offer. There are three tech stages. One of them is life coding. 1 or 2 behavioral interviews.
