I am 16 years old and female
So I actually went to two different KFC interviews within the same week. The first one I went to, there were two other girls there for an interview too. I thought that it would be a group interview. I went to the front and told them I was there for an interview. The people working there gave me and the other 2 girls forms to fill out which just was basic info. We sat down at the same table and filled them out, then we waited maybe 5-10 minutes. During this time I introduced myself to them and we chatted a bit. Two hiring managers came to us and said that one would interview 2 of us and the other will interview 1 of us. I got an interview by myself and the other 2 girls were together for their interview. I am going to put some of the questions below, you may not get asked these exact ones, if you don't they probably would just be worded differently. The second interview I did the same except I was by myself this time and they didn't need me to fill out a form.
I was offered the jobs very quickly at both places. My advice would be to smile, be yourself and talk passionately. I will write the things I said that I think impressed them in the questions and the answers part. Most of these interviews have young early 20s people conducting the interview, and usually they are relatable. My interviewers would say "oh I used to do that when I was in high school too!". I think that a lot of people think that because it is an interview at a fast food place, they don't need to try for the interview. A lot of people apply to these places, so if you want to get the job, show them how enthusiastic you are about it, even shake their hand and say "nice meeting you" at the end. If you don't get the job, don't be discouraged. Keep applying to places, every interview is a learning experience, and a lot of people do apply to these places, it can be for a number of reasons. Good luck!!
