I was offered a phone "interview" with an individual from HR, and the interview consisted of them rattling off information about their benefits that is basically listed within the posted job description. At no point during the interview was I ever asked anything about myself, my experiences in psychiatry, my qualifications for the position [which I am qualified and board-certified in psychiatry], or literally anything related to the position. Very shortly afterwards, I received a generic "we decided to move forward with somebody else" message, and when I had asked for feedback as to how I could better align myself for the position, I received no response. About two weeks later, I saw the same position reposted, so I applied again. I then (without any communication) received an automated email saying that my application was not selected. I have yet to hear back as to the feedback I requested. I wholeheartedly believe that Keystone Behavioral Health is staunchly opposed to giving any consideration to new graduates who have sacrificed their time and efforts to becoming nurse practitioners, and I wholeheartedly believe Keystone Behavioral Health does not believe in investing in the next generation of psychiatric providers.
