The interview was quick and simple. The HR guys were very positive. It was mostly based on a technical questions, but they also wanted to reveal my personality through "problem solving" questions.

How would you convince someone to do something they didn’t want to do?
I had a phone interview followed by an in person at the plant with a variety of coworkers/management in each. After each it only took a few days to hear back on next steps.

Interview
The interview process consisted of four steps:
- the first interview has been with a recruiter
-the second interview was a technical interview, with the responsible of the position
-the third interview has been with the responsible of the HR and the plant manager
-the fourth step was only for a non-negotiable offer
Every interview has been held at their site, no chanches of having a Skype interview
