At first, I had an interview with the department managers and then interviewed with CEO. They were all friendly and nice. They really want to see if interviewees have heart on helping people.

Interview
I had an initial interview with a director and the second round interview with an upper admin person. interview was fairly easy but they asked a lot of personal information.
