KBS interview questions

I took an editing and writing test and then they made me wait on-call for over 2 hours to do a on-air cold reading of a radio script. I had to find a cafe nearby to wait, not knowing when they would call me in - which was highly unprofessional. After the on-air reading test, they took me to an open space and grilled my CV, telling me that all decisions are hierarchical and I won't hear back for another 2 months. The total interview was 5 hours. Absolutely no respect for my time.

they called me and we met then they asked some questions about my university experience and that's it. then got hired. nothing more also they asked about salary and how long i will work
