Interview
They bring you to a room. Make you do aptitude tests since you don't do them online like other companies. Give a presentation. Have lunch. Do you engineering interview and a HR interview.
In the engineering interview, they ask you questions about what you are doing at university. Then ask you questions about the company, what happened today and engineering questions. For the engineering questions, they can either be nice or screw you over. They screwed me over. They asked other candidates about the different supports you can have. Eg. Pinned, roller, cantilever, ect. They asked me about how the resonance and vibration of the sea can affect the oil rig platform while in operation. How sea water affects buildings. What's stainless steel made from.
In the HR interview, basic stuff.

Straight forward over the phone. Non-threatening and more like a conversation on what would best suit each party. Professional yet relaxed. Talked about past experience and what strengths I could bring to the team.
