K Grace Childcare interview questions

I applied online and got an email about 4 days later to schedule a Group Interview at their office location. The interview was with me and another person and they just asked questions about our experience in childcare and about ourselves. Later I got an email saying I had moved on to the next part of the application process which consisted of them contacting all of your references and scheduling an individual interview. After this you also have to take a child development exam in the office as well as a quiz on their protocols.

There are a total of three interviews. The first may include other applicants and is essentially a series of questions that gauge how extensive your childcare experience is. The second is an individual interview with an account coordinator about the specifics of child development milestones and your preferences. Upon successful completion of CPR training and background checks, you will be called back in for a third interview filled with more pertinent information for your success.
