Interview process was well structured and overall good, although it was very quick in comparison with other companies. They were quick to give me a very good offer, which I have accepted, turning down a few other great companies I was interviewing with at the time. 3 weeks later though, just a few days before my start date, they rescinded my offer with an explanation that a company is going through a hard time and told me to read the news. Funny how they have had these negative news releases for weeks and even months prior, and knowing that the company is not doing well, they still conducted interviews and even proceeded with giving out great offers, just to withdraw later. This company incredibly screwed things up for me - I do not have a job anymore, I could not resume prior interviews because 3 weeks later the positions were filled, and with the current economic situation, there is significantly less open positions that would fit me. What makes it even worse, is that their website still has a whole bunch of open positions posted and they seem to still be hiring. Please STAY AWAY if you do not want to end up in the same position. From my experience with Juul, it seems that the whole business model of this company is to completely screw people over.
