Read the reviews. Juul is terrible at following up after interviews. At first, I owed that to them being a rapidly growing company with very little time on their hands. However, I've interviewed at Airbnb, Facebook, and Uber and all of them remained professional throughout, letting me know exactly where I was in the process. I've contacted Juul several times with updates to my schedule since the next step was a team on site interview, asking them for any kind of update. I still haven't heard back. It's very unprofessional and being deliberately ignored left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Both the recruiting coordinator and recruiter are not responding to my emails. Overall, very disappointing. Whoever is leading Talent, please do a better job of providing a great candidate experience. Hold your recruiters and coordinators accountable. Leading top tech companies are way better at this than Juul is.
