I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
No phone screening. Met with two sales managers for the first round of interviews. Was called in about a week later to come in for the second round. Met with another sales manager as well as the CEO.

Interview
initial screening with Recruiter, 3 interviews with hiring managers, panel style but separated around 2 hours. Roleplay then final around another two hours. Process is long and very weird. Managers tell you one thing during interview but ultimately lie. Also adding prep time wouldn't recommend to anyone. When asking for real feedback as no offer was extended it was a ghost town. I have never gone through a whole process and have every manager say you are a good fit but not extend an offer. Also they talk a lot about diversity, transparency and inclusion but looks like the organization lacks that.

Interview
Easy enough process with good recruiters. Good some feedback from current employees about growing pains but ultimately I didn’t receive an offer. The sales managers asked pointed questions and were very thorough.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Justworks (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2025
Interview
First interview with recruiter for 30 mins. 2nd round was 3 30 minute b2b2b interviews with different hiring managers and VP of Sales. They got on the zoom one after another. I was asked how I would handle my first 30 days in the role. I answered by saying I would learn as much as I could about the product, sales process, clients and how reps handle cold calls and first meetings. The manager told me the product sells itself and I don't need training on it, they want people who want to get on the phone day one. Ok then. He then proceeded later to tell me how complicated HR and benefits can be and its a long process to fully understand how to articulate and sell them to customers. So not sure why my answer about learning the product was wrong. My second interview was with someone who I felt like he hated doing interviews and gave no emotion whatsoever. I got off the call saying if that was my manager, I would be pulling myself out of consideration but I received an email the next day saying they would be passing on me for the role anyways. Overall, not a great interview experience and walked away put off by the company. Also saw afterwards there was 200 people laid off in Feb and the company is going through re-org.
