Interview
I applied online in early June and heard from a recruiter about a month later to schedule a phone call. I had the call a few days later to discuss the role. The interviewer was very impersonal and I didn't feel like they cared to learn about me. I wasn't asked much beyond my background and the majority of the call was me asking questions to fill the time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Justworks (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
Started off with a phone screen which I honestly felt went terribly but they asked me to come in to meet with some members of the team. Met with four employees, two from the customer experience team and two from other teams.
I felt they went well for the most part except for the one round with the same person I spoke to during the phone screen.
The day after, they asked me to come in for a final round with the CEO the following week. He was friendly enough but I found him really tough to read so even though I thought it went okay, i truly had no clue.
Got a call about 4 days later telling me they wanted to extend an offer and I accepted.

Interview
I had a phone interview, then was quickly invited to the first in person interview. The scheduling was rough, as I met with four people, so it took a week to get the interview appointment scheduled. I met with a member of the team and two managers, both were very hard to read. And a very short meeting with an HR rep. The day after the interview I was invited for a second round with the CEO and director of operations. I came out of it thinking it went very well, but got an email the next day saying they were not continuing with the hiring process. So you really never know what they are looking for. My guess is a certain type of person rather than someone with lots of experience, which I had. Also, it seems not asking too many questions is what they want. I didn't ask very many during my first interview, but asked quite a few during the second.
