The interview process was strange. It felt like there was a lot of tension on the phone with one individual. The woman rarely spoke but they appreciate the interviewee to have questions. Definitely know what is on your resume because they will want to know everything and be able to elaborate.

Referred by an employee. Submitted resume and cover letter. Conducted one phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the entire staff (6 people). The group staff interview was a bit intimidating with so many people firing off varying questions related to experience in the field and the ability to work within a small team environment.
