Interview
Four stages- The first was a written exam, followed by an in-person interview with who would be my future supervisor and a young women from another office, followed by an interview with the VP and policy director, and, the final interview was with the CEO and my supervisor.

Practical based question: What would you do if the office bathroom went out and the landlord was not willing to fix it?

Interview
I applied online for Campaign Associate and was contacted within the week with an interview request. They gave me a 2 hour slot and emailed me with less than 48 hours notice (and at 11 pm). I was unable to do that time because I would be on a flight. They said that was no problem, and that they would be in touch soon with a different time. After I got back in town a few days later, I sent a follow up email. Then a week later I sent another follow up email. Several weeks after the initial contact I received an email "sent from iphone" saying they had moved forward with other candidates. The whole interaction was unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
