Initial phone call with internal recruiter. She asked competency and situational questions. First of all she was late to the interview by 45minutes. It was just after lunch time and she was WFH. After waiting on the call I left and tried to chase up via email. Received a reply with the excuse of having “laptop issues”, don’t understand why the work phone couldn’t have been used. After 2 days I got a rejection email, I asked for feedback so I can have a better understanding of why I had not been shortlisted and never received a response.
