I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
1. CV submission (able to select multiple job roles)
2. Phone call
3. Skype interview
4. Shortlisting (profiles reviewed by Just Eat PM team)
5. Online assessments (logical & verbal reasoning)
6. Assessment centre
The part conducted by Wiser Graduates (the initial stages of the process up until the assessment centre are outsourced) was a great experience. It was the parts conducted by the Just Eat team that weren't as enjoyable... It felt a little like I'd been applying to one company but then arrived at the assessment centre and faced another company entirely.
The rejection came on the very last day of the indicated waiting period (which went from "definitely within a week" to "between a week and 10 days") after I followed-up about the outcome. I know some other candidates didn't even hear back until the following week, though unlike me they received a message indicating that would be the case... Feedback also wasn't very insightful following the rejection, which I was disappointed about.
Overall just not really what I expected from Just Eat... clearly they've done a good job with the rebrand, it sold me! Shame they don't seem to live up to the image they've created, though I appreciated the opportunity :)

Question 1
How would you go about calculating the number of Starbucks lattes sold in the UK in one day?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (Bristol, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
A full day with 1 group exercise, one presentation that youve prepared, and 3 interviews. Quite a tiring day, but the recruitment firm Wiser that manage the process are very helpful and friendly - you will not feel daunted at all. They are looking for people that will fit into their culture well, so take care to be friendly back and not panic too much. You will get a chance to meet other graduates on the day too. Just Eat also sometimes have open evenings where graduates can visit their office if you wish to have a peek into the company prior to applying.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I submitted my CV online in January through Just Eat's website for application. Initial phone (10 mins) and skype (45 mins) interviews were conducted by Wiser. These interviews were conducted professionally and were fairly straightforward - just talking about things on CV and a little about your knowledge of Just Eat. I was informed after each interview that I had done well and should expect to continue to the next round.
I was sent some online tests and three written questions to complete. From those tests and questions a shortlist of candidates was collected for the final stage, an assessment centre. At all points during this process I was in contact with Abbie, a representative from Wiser who was very helpful and supportive. Abbie explained what I should do at each step to maximise my chance of success.
The assessment centre was held in Just Eat's London office and consisted of a welcome talk, 1-2-1 talks with current employees, a group task, individual presentation, office tour and interviews. The Just Eat staff were friendly and there was a great atmosphere throughout the day. It was made clear at all points what we were doing and why we were doing it. The following day from the assessment centre I was contacted and offered a position on the Product Management graduate scheme.
Overall, despite being a fairly long and competitive process, it was well organised and surprisingly fun. At all stages I was supported by either Wiser or Just Eat staff. The interviewers from Just Eat were friendly and conducted in an informal but focused manner. It was a thorough but fair process where I felt I was given a lot of opportunity to give an accurate account of myself.

Why are Apple the dominant smartphone manufacturer?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied for the graduate product management scheme in December 2016 and heard back in January for a telephone interview which was a general 15-20 minute chat to talk through my CV, interests and why I have applied. Following on from that I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the recruitment agency and this was more competency based and lasted around 1 hour. Then I was sent some online tests to complete and after screening I was invited to the assessment centre in March 2017. At the assessment center It was well structured, starting with a welcome talk, 1-2-1 quick talks with current employees, individual presentations, a group activity, an office tour and two individual interviews at the end.
Overall, despite so many stages in the application process I would say this has been the least stressful application process I have been through!! The recruitment agency were very easy to get a hold of and got back to me very promptly so I wasn't waiting around after each stage. The feedback provided at each stage was really useful and the dedicated support received from their recruitment agency to prepare for the assessment centre was really helpful. At every interview the interviewer(s) made me feel at ease and were very friendly so I would definitely recommend applying at Just Eat!
