Gerat communication, asked me to come for a working interview but fed me well! Great crew. It just didnt work because my schedule didn't align with their needs - as soon as my kids schedule changes i'll be begging them to hire me!
Very informal, ask questions about teamwork and experience being a barista. Really focused on being sure you’re the right fit culturally. Very short, probably lasted 15 minutes and was offered a free menu item for coming down. Discussed benefits of working there, including wellness bonus after 60 days
