We're sorry to hear that you didn't find the structure of the initial call beneficial. The structure is split 50/50 across the 30-minute slot with 15 minutes allocated for us to get to know you and 15 minutes for your questions to us. We have found this structure to be an effective way for both parties to cover all questions.
Our Talent Partner Emily did outline this structure to you in the first email following your application and again at the beginning of the call, and asked you if you were happy with the timings proposed. If you had flagged your concerns beforehand, we would have been more than happy to change things up.
With regards to the response times, we can see that there has been a delay due to annual leave which we apologise for. We take responsibility for not updating you that this would take a little longer than usual. We hope that our feedback email did give some insight into our decision. We provide personalised feedback to everyone who speaks with us, giving 2-3 points of positive feedback and 2-3 improvement points with reasoning on why we did not progress. From our data we can see that we have done this for every candidate in the Product Manager process.
