AM - demonstration of pitching to IT Manager & raised objection's reviewed handling skills
SE Lead - basics of your technology skills/projects and sustained, granular questions where initial answer(s) were right. Whenever had doubt had at least one followup question.
Personality evaluation by putting self in situations and checking your response. Asking why you choose that.

Very straightforward interview process rather than convoluted. I've heard some companies doing over 5+interviews before an offer but this was less than that whilst ensuring they got to know you.

Entire process from start to finish was aprox. 6 weeks. I spoke with the SE manager twice, two technical interviews with other SEs, one interview with the AM I'd be working with, and an interview with the SE manager and Sales Director for the region.
