I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Juni Learning
Interview
Casual chat with the head recruiting instructor along with how you would explain some programming concepts to 10 year olds. Then had a mock lesson with a instructor where you were given the content ahead of time to prepare.
Very easy process and received an offer but the head recruiting instructor was rude and ghosted me even after giving an offer. I followed up 2 times over email and 1 time over the phone and heard nothing back other than he and the company were “consulting their (imaginary) legal team”. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional hiring process in any of my interviews with small and large companies.

Interview
Basic screening questions, and a mock lesson with the interviewer is done afterwards. The mock lesson is sent beforehand so there is enough time to prepare to give a short 10-15 minute lesson.
