I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Joveo (New Delhi)
Interview
Having lost opportunities at biggies like Sony and Amazon to bad health due to COVID, I decided to explore the startup world.
I was about to join another startup on Monday. On Friday (3 days before) I got contacted from HR at Joveo.
Interviews were scheduled during the weekends. Super quick response.
Total 4 rounds. 3 tech and 1 managerial.
3 of the interviews happened on Sunday.
Offer rolled out by Sunday evening (same day).
The offer was between Sony and Amazon. I was amazed that a small company was paying that good.
Accepted it within half an hour.
Next day, (Monday) joined at 11 o clock. My account and stuff are generated.
I was totally awestruck by the organisational agility.
Interviewers (now my teammates) thanked and welcomed me for joining.
Later in the evening, the Manager at Sony called me up to ask if I was still available. But there was no looking back now.
