I applied Journy online and got a phone interview with the CEO a few days after. It was more like an introduction and meeting call. After that meeting, they sent a coding challenge with a time limit to complete. They requested you to write a function that can parse ANY address in the WORLD in 30-60 minutes. That's basically what they try to figure out at work. My solution was the most applicable way to solve this challenge in an hour. They did not like my first solution and requested one more time. I sent the second one but I did not hear back after that. I think they are not looking for someone to hire, they want to solution to this problem.

Interview
Phone interview first then go onsite. Overall I had a very good experience of my interview. You can feel their passion and value during the hiring process. Although I didn't get the offer, I learned a lot along the process and the funder wrote back to me some valuable feedback. I really appreciate it.
