Easy process. Very chill and good environment. Overall the job is a very fun and relaxed environment with a little bit of controlled chaos. Would recommend for anyone needing sales experience

Interview
The staff already knew me, so they wanted to interview me since they knew that I did well at my other job. They offered me the position that day, and I took it, expecting it to be a good opportunity for me. It wasn't the best, but seeing as the interview is one I would never use to even interview an ASSOCIATE since it's not based around the company but rather around sales, I wouldn't even bother with this interview unless you're desperate.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Lubbock, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
honestly pretty easy. Open ended questions that require
1) situation
2) actions took
3) results
most people don't answer all three, but if you show potential and your open hours are good youre almost guaranteed a position.
