Interview
I got there about 5 minutes early, and waited a bit because the Store Manager was interviewing someone. When she was ready for my interview, we got some chairs and sat outside the store. She looked at my application and just asked me to expand on certain things (How old are you, previous work experience/ what school you go to etc). Then she asked me a series of questions (When have you dealt with an angry customer, how you dealt with it), they were questions that asked about customers and how you would handle certain situations. Then she asked me what superpower I would want and why and what animal I would be and why. The Store Manager was really friendly and I felt really comfortable talking with her.
She said she still had more interviews and in about a week or so she would look through all the people she interviewed and send out a phone call/email to the people she was interested in. I don't yet know if I got the job yet.
Group interview ; asked questions ; told about ourselves; showed us store ; goals and how motivated; asked if we knew the shoes that were sold; asked about our style

Easy, chill, nothing to overthink. Just general questions about you and your interests. For me, it was more like a conversation. Very simple, dress casual. the company prides itself on self expression.

It was interesting, due to COVID we had our interview via FaceTime. The managers were really understanding and relaxed! Overall a good experience and I enjoyed talking to them. 100% recommend
