Really in depth process; overall good feelings about company and position. AMIT was very thorough and comfortable during the interview process. Made advancement in company sound very plausible and achievable.
Very chill and relaxed. Thorough and professional. I got interviewed on the spot and offered a second the next week. They ask some unconventional questions and actually take your answers to heart.

I gave my resumé in the store and the manager told me to come on the other day for an interview. It was a group interview with 5 people. The interviewer was really nice and asked around 5 questions for everybody.

Two in person interviews with each of the managers and possibly a sales lead with varying questions about retail and your skills. A few of the questions will be about your favorite shoes and if you know what brands journeys sells.
