I applied online. Got called for an interview several days later. Wasn't told what to wear, but as it's Journey's, I went with a semi-dressier casual. It was a group interview and was really easy. Everyone I interviewed with were really young kids and didn't have very strong answers. It was an easy interview to do well in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of the questions were hard. The one more directed towards the position and what we would be doing is: Do we satisfy the kid, or the parent? [I worked at Journey's Kidz, not the adult Journey's.]
Other questions were like, "If you were a shoe, what brand/style/color would you be?"
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

They ask about availability throughout the week and on weekends.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Journeys
Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
